As a manufacturing company, Brodosplit aims to contribute to solving the chronic issue of parking shortages in cities, thereby freeing up significant traffic and communal areas often occupied by improperly parked vehicles.

Many people are frustrated by the time-consuming search for "any available" parking spots, which regularly leads to the destruction of green spaces, reduced accessibility for disabled individuals and pedestrians, frequent vehicle damage, and related safety hazards, including hindrances to emergency services.

Brodosplit can design and construct modular parking garages that, would alleviate many of these issues and enhance the quality of life in cities. Although it is too early to specify the production costs, the concept is to provide affordable parking covering basic expenses, allowing cities to focus on communal development and enforcing regulations against improper parking, while offering an alternative.

The engineering solution involves steel-frame modular parking structures that can be relocated as needed within urban plans and development. The exterior facades of these garages could serve as displays for advertising, tourist information, or even video walls.

We consider this project highly promising and believe that Brodosplit could significantly contribute to urban development by implementing these innovative solutions quickly.
