Materials of castings: gray iron, nodular iron.

Capacity of production: 3500 tons per year.

Production program:

Production of engine parts as others comprise heavy castings made of cast iron (3500 tons) and nodular iron (up to 5500 tons). The gray iron grades produced are GG20, GG25, GG30, GG35 while those for nodular iron are GGG40, GGG50, GGG60 and GGG70.

Equipment in foundry:

Cupola furnace (capacity 6000 kg per hour)

Mains frequency electrical furnace (two ladle capacity 5000 kg each with one electrical plant).

Company has been approved by Lloyd Register, Det Norske Veritas, Rina and Croatian Register of Shipping. Quality of products has been certified by other classification societies, like Germanischer Lloyd, Bureau Veritas, RINA....…
